The International Food & Beverage Forum Hall of Fame Gala

Time:  06.30 PM to 11.30 PM
Location:  Spiedini Restaurant at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa

The event will start with a Champagne Cocktail Reception during which the guests can view details of the final auction items for the Benefits of The International Food & Beverage Forum’s Endowment Fund supporting scholarships for young Hospitality students and “Keep Memory Alive” supporting the mission of the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute.

Before the main course Michael Broadbent, the newly elected 2007 inductee of the International Food & Beverage Hall of Fame and Patrick Willis, the 2007 Restaurateur of the Year will receive their trophies.

After the main Course some very special items will be “live” auctioned off live. All the proceeds of this evening will benefit the Cordon Bleu Foundation providing scholarships to culinary students and “Keep Memory Alive” supporting the mission of the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute.

Dinner music will be performed by the Dehner Franks Trio and a special guest performance features Professor Carlos Montane, Tenor.

After dinner, Cigars, Ports and Madeira will be served at Gustav’s Cigar Lounge.
