Culinary Master Class & Wine Pairing Session II

Time:  12.00 Noon to 2.30 PM
Location:  Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas
Price per person:  US $ 50.00 all inclusive

This event will feature Stephen Window, Roppongi Restaurant- La Jolla and Tony Khoo, Executive Chef, Marina Mandarin, Singapore.

Stephen Window, Roppongi Restaurant- La Jolla will present:

    • Spiny Lobster Rice Noodle Potsticker,
    • Tobiko Caviar Butter
    • Ahi Poki
    • Crispy Wonton, Ponzu Sauce

Tony Khoo, Executive Chef, Marina Mandarin, Singapore will present:

    • Marinated King Prawn & Som Tam Relish
    • Oriental Tomato Compote
    • Seared Salmon on Black Crystal Noodles
    • Passion Fruit Chili Beurre blanc

Each Chef will be demonstrating two of their signature creations “Live”.

Each dish will be paired with two wines presented by Felicia Sherbert, What’s My Wine LLC.

All attendees will be given the opportunity to taste all four dishes and the eight wines.
