Culinary Master Class & Wine Pairing Session I
Location: Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Las Vegas Time: 12.00 Noon to 2.30 PM Price per person: US $ 50.00 all inclusive
This event will feature Gerard Vie, Two Star Michelin, Versailles - France and Yvonnik Lalle, Executive Chef at Morton’s, London - England.
Gerard Vie, Versailles, France will present:
- Tuna fish tartare with bell-pepper pearls
- Chicken fillets with asparagus sabayon
(Cuisine moleculaire)
Yvonnick Lalle, Morton’s Club, London, England will present:
- Pan-fried Landes foie gras with Vichyssoise
and duck jus
- Tartare of langoustine, green melon jelly and courgette tempura
Each Chef will be demonstrating two of his signature creations “Live”. Each dish will be paired with two wines presented by Felicia Sherbert, What’s My Wine LLC. All attendees will be given the opportunity to taste all four dishes and the eight wines.
