Through Southern Wine & Spirits and the International Food & Beverage Forum contacts we will attract a large number of wineries to present their wines at individual stands.

We will showcase wines from four continets

We will further attract some regional wine commissions to present their wines in special dedicated areas.

Our goal is to showcase at least 250 wines from 4 continents

During the exhibition wineries will show the wines which were awarded The International Food & Beverage Forum 2007 Wine Awards

Through Southern Wine & Spirits and the International Food & Beverage Forum contacts we will attract some Beverage companies to feature beverages, such as Vodka, Tequila, Bourbon, Whisky, Beer and others, at specialty bars

We would also feature some special soft drink stations and "Fiji Water" stations in order to provide non-alcoholic beverages

At Gustav’s Cigar Lounge we will feature a special selection of Cigars, Ports and Madeira.

Through the International Food & Beverage Forum members and friends, Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada and other sponsors we will attract a large number of auction items which will be auctioned off at this event for the benefit of the Cordon Bleu Foundation providing scholarships to culinary students and to

The auction items will include stays at top hotels, dinner at top restaurants, large bottles of wine from four continents, food and beverage related items and more.

Cook books from participating Chefs will also be signed by the respective Chef and sold for the benefit of young hospitality students
