At Philadelphia’s historic City Tavern, six guests will enjoy an 18th century style Six-course dinner prepared by Walter Staib. Felicia Sherbert, author of “The Unofficial Guide to Selecting Wine”, will hand select the wines perfectly paired to the dinner, imported by Frederick Wildman & Sons, and will join the guests to present and describe each wine as it is served. 

Guests will dine in a private room, will be joined by a prominent colonial character, and entertained by a colonial harpist.  Before dinner, guests will take part in a VIP walking tour of America’s most historic square mile.  Dinner will be followed by an overnight stay and complementary breakfast at the nearby Independence Park Inn.
