Start off with a one-night stay at the Southern Sun Grayston, Sandton, Johannesburg.

Next travel to Cape Town, and stay for 5 nights at the Cullinan hotel on Cape Town’s waterfront. During the day you will be visiting famous wineries with Mike Ratcliffe, the well known owner of Warwick Estate, .including Vilafonte, where you are treated to a wine and food pairing experience and a three-course lunch. Next day you are off to the Warwick Wine Estate for a tutored tasting followed by lunch and a vineyard tour.
