With experience in Mobil Four and Five Star and AAA Four and Five Diamond properties including The Mayflower Inn, The Balsams Grand Resort Hotel, and Le Cirque, Chef Levasseur comes to Le Cordon Bleu with extensive knowledge of quality food and presentation. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from College of the Atlantic and an Associate of Occupational Science degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.
